Terms of Use (for Customers, and Merchants)

• Acceptance of Terms

  By registering or using Plottee Online Shop, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

• Account Roles
  • Customers may browse, order, recharge their wallet, join raffles, and refer others.
  • Merchants can list products, manage orders, and view dashboard stats.
• Raffle System
  • Raffle tickets are earned through registration, purchases, wallet recharges, and referrals.
  • Raffle entries do not guarantee a win.
  • All raffles are conducted fairly and governed by relevant local regulations.
• Referral Rewards
  • Customers earn 2% for each successful referral after the invited user meets ticket-earning criteria.
  • Fraudulent or duplicate referrals may result in disqualification.
• Payments and Fees
  • Wallet recharges are non-refundable once processed.
  • A platform fee is applied to product prices by merchants.
• Merchant Responsibilities

  Merchants agree to:

  • Accurately list product info
  • Fulfill orders on time
  • Accept platform fees and terms
• Prohibited Activities

  Users may not:

  • Post illegal, offensive, or fraudulent content
  • Abuse the referral system
  • Manipulate raffle entries
  • Use bots or scripts
• Dispute Resolution

  In case of disputes, please contact our support team first. We aim to resolve issues quickly and fairly.

• Modifications

  We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform means you accept the revised terms.

• Cancellation & Refunds
  • Order Cancellation
    • Customers may cancel their order for free if the order is still in the “order placed” status.
    • Once the order moves to “processing”, or “shipped” status, cancellation is still allowed but only 70% of the total amount will be refunded to the customer's wallet.
    • Once the order is delivered, cancellations or refunds are no longer allowed unless the product is defective or incorrect, subject to review.
  • Refund Processing
    • Refunds are issued to the customers wallet balance within 5 business days of the approved cancellation.
    • Platform fees and VAT charges may be deducted from the refund amount if applicable.
    • Repeated cancellations may lead to restrictions on account usage or order limits.
  • Merchant Rights
    • Merchants may cancel an order due to stock unavailability or other legitimate reasons. In such cases, customers will receive a full refund.
    • Merchants who frequently cancel orders without justification may be penalized or removed from the platform.
• Voluntary Conversion of Purchases into Raffle Tickets

  In certain promotional events or special offers, customers may be given the option to convert a qualifying product purchase into raffle ticket entries instead of receiving the product.

  By choosing to convert your purchase into raffle tickets, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • The conversion is optional and irreversible.
  • You waive the right to receive the product or request a refund for the converted order.
  • Raffle entries do not guarantee a win, and prizes are awarded based on chance and within the rules of each draw.
  • You understand and accept the risk of not receiving any material benefit in exchange for the converted purchase.

  Plottee Online Shop is not responsible for any perceived loss or dissatisfaction resulting from the voluntary conversion of purchases into raffle tickets.

  If you do not agree to these terms, please do not proceed with the conversion option.
